THE ROOMS
The Grand Hotel Majestic offers guests a choice of 80 bright, stylish bedrooms,
including 34 junior and luxurious suites. Each of the rooms and suites are finished in tasteful,
classical styles with every modern comfort and immaculate facilities of a modern hotel.
All rooms are unique in both décor and layout, featuring aesthetically pleasing fabrics
and wall coverings. All are en-suite with a relaxing bath or warming shower and most of
the bathrooms have exquisitely fine marble, glass and ceramic finishes. Most of the rooms
have balconies and enjoy captivating panoramic views of the hotel gardens, lake Maggiore and
the surrounding mountains. The Grand Hotel Majestic has five floors, the top floor, Executive
Floor, was re-opened in 2009 following an extensive investment and refurbishment programme
aimed to resume the sublime original features of the building. It now boasts 20 suites and
junior suites, all have their own personality and style and are swathed with only the finest
fabrics and furnishings. All have a large terrace with stunning scenic views of the Borromeo
gulf and the quiet beauty of the gardens. The suites combine a stunning blend of classical
elegance and contemporary décor. Rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and feature a
gracious living space, two luxuriously-appointed marble bathrooms, a wardrobe secluded from
the bedroom and floor-to-ceiling glass windows opening unto a large terrace offering guests
spectacular panoramic views from the comfort of their own room. The junior suite, distinctly
contemporary and exuding refinement, is characterized by the intimate bedroom on the mezzanine
and the luxurious adjoining marble bathroom. The living room is located on the lower level
with floor-to-ceiling glass windows opening unto the terrace offering guests impressive views
in an extremely luxurious setting.
